Motlatsi Malefane

Motlatsi Malefane is a seasoned professional in B-BBEE verification and transformation, currently serving as the B-BBEE Verification Manager at Fidelity Verification (PTY) LTD since July 2020. Concurrently, Motlatsi holds the position of Operations and BBBEE Transformation Manager at Duke Corporate Education, where responsibilities include managing operations, logistics, and stakeholder relations while implementing BBBEE strategies and policies. With extensive experience as a BBBEE Specialist at Express Verification Agency and prior roles at Empowerdex and Decti Rating Agency, Motlatsi has developed expertise in BEE consulting, procurement, skills development, and stakeholder engagement, effectively maintaining Level-2 status in BBBEE for three years. Motlatsi also completed a Management Development Program in Accounting and Auditing at the University of the Witwatersrand in 2021.
