Devin Wright has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, currently serving as the Manager of Talent Acquisition at Duke Energy Corporation since February 2015. In this role, Devin successfully executes recruiting strategies, managing over 70 job requisitions and 100+ positions daily. Previously, as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Principle Solutions Group from October 2010 to January 2015, Devin ranked among the top 10 recruiters by generating over $580,000 in yearly Gross Margin and overseeing 20-25 contractors monthly. Prior experience includes serving as Recruiting Manager at Sherpa, where high-level placements were made for Fortune 500 clients, and as an Inside Sales representative at Ferguson Enterprises, managing the largest account in the Charlotte region. Devin holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Business Administration and Management, and Marketing from Christopher Newport University, completed between 2000 and 2005.
