Tom Steele

Tom Steele is an accomplished IT Principal Architect with extensive experience in data architecture, technical leadership, and systems integration. Currently employed at Duke Energy Corporation since October 2015, Tom has previously held significant roles at Ciber, Inc. as a Principal Consultant and at LendingTree, Inc. as a Principal Data Architect. Throughout the career, Tom has successfully led numerous merger-related systems integration projects, developed enterprise data solutions, and utilized various technologies such as Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle Database. With a strong foundation in project management and Agile Scrum methodology, Tom has also contributed to internal and external consulting efforts, focusing on best practices, performance analysis, and team mentoring. Educational qualifications include a BS in Finance and Economics from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
