Courtney Ferrel

Courtney Ferrel is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in HR operations and management. Currently serving as Regional Human Resources Manager at Duke Manufacturing Co. since May 2016, Courtney leads the US HR operations team and collaborates with functional leaders to foster team development and organizational culture. Previously, Courtney held various roles at Waterloo Industries from March 2007 to May 2016, including Plant Human Resources Manager, where responsibilities encompassed promoting a safe work environment and ensuring equitable treatment of employees while maintaining a union-free status. Earlier career experience includes positions as HR Assistant Manager, Payroll Specialist, and Accounting Representative, showcasing a well-rounded skill set in HR functions and accounting. Courtney holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Management and an MBA in Finance from the University of Central Missouri, as well as an Associate Degree from State Fair Community College.
