Crystal Kueker

Crystal Kueker is a skilled professional with extensive experience in engineering and customer operations. Currently serving as Customer Operations Manager and Continuous Improvement Facilitator at Duke Manufacturing Co. since June 2014, Crystal advocates for the application of continuous improvement methodologies and has successfully developed and mentored the organization on lean tools and techniques. Prior roles include Quality Engineer, where collaboration with vendors addressed quality issues, and Manufacturing Engineer at Eaton's B-Line Business and Caterpillar Inc., focusing on process improvement and capital project implementation. Crystal holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Milwaukee School of Engineering, completed in 2007.
