Paula Smallwood

Paula Smallwood is an experienced nursing professional currently serving as the Nursing Program Coordinator at Duke Raleigh Hospital since January 2019, where Paula manages the pre admission and anesthesia testing department. Additionally, Paula has been with Christiana Care Health System since May 2004, holding the position of Senior Nurse Manager, overseeing the Vascular Access Nursing Department, Hemodialysis Department, Radiology Nursing, and Endoscopy Suites across two hospital sites, as well as serving as the Nurse Manager for the Surgical Trauma ICU.
