Tim Reade

Tim Reade is the Property Director at Duke Street Property Limited since May 2022. Prior to this, he held the same position at Selfridges Group and was responsible for investment management, setting real estate investment strategy, and executing asset strategies. With a background in residential and commercial real estate, Tim has experience in acquisitions, disposals, lease restructuring, and monitoring performance of investment portfolios. He also served as an Investment Director at Grosvenor, where he managed board approval processes, set sector strategies, and handled stakeholder management. Tim holds a Bsc (Hons) in Estate Management from Oxford Brookes University.
