Mariana Paniagua

Mariana Paniagua is currently a Summer 2024 Analyst in Real Estate at Blackstone and a Private Equity Analyst at Roark Capital, as well as serving as the Executive Director of Mentorship at the Impact Initiative. Additionally, Mariana is a scholar in the Summer Intensive Program with Girls Who Invest. Mariana is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Economics at Duke University, anticipating graduation in 2025, and previously graduated in the top 5% from Our Lady of Lourdes Academy in 2021. Mariana also completed a program at the Indiana University Kelley School of Business in June 2019.
