Robert S. has worked at Xometry as a Software Engineer Intern since June 2023. Prior to this, they were a Technology Intern at the same company from May 2022 to June 2023. Robert also worked as a People Operations Intern at Xometry from June 2021 to June 2023, where they played a key role in implementing critical infrastructures, presenting an onboarding framework, and leading cross-departmental collaboration. At Duke Student Government, Robert served as the Class of 2024 Vice President and Crowell Co-President, leading initiatives related to student residence life and housing. Robert was also involved with the Duke International Relations Association, serving as President and Director of the Away Team. In these roles, they led membership re-construction, conducted new member orientations, and orchestrated selection proceedings.
Robert S. attended Brunswick School from 2006 to 2020. Robert then pursued their Bachelor's degree in Economics, Computer Science, and Chinese at Duke University from 2020 to 2024. Additionally, in 2018 and 2019, Robert participated in a program called School Year Abroad (SYA), although no degree or specific field of study was mentioned for this experience.

Duke Student Government (DSG) is the official governing body of undergraduate students at Duke. DSG acts as the principal liaison between students and the Duke administration and oversees the funding and approval of student organizations on campus. DSG represents the student voice at Duke, lobbying for policies and programs that better the undergraduate experience. DSG has a long history of success in both on campus student ventures, as well as beyond.
