Kevin Doble

Kevin joined Northwood Schools in May 2021 as Principal of the Northwood Schools Group, helping the founders and previous owners, Katharine and Malcolm Colquhoun, in the management of the schools.

Kevin is exceptionally experienced in both the commercial and educational aspects of schools and is ideally suited to the recently created role of Principal, where he leads the Executive Management Committee of the Group.

Before joining Northwood Schools, Kevin was Executive Head of Shrewsbury House School Trust, consisting of two co-educational pre-preparatory schools and a boys’ preparatory school, Shrewsbury House, a position he held since 2010. The Trust thrived under his guidance and the Chair of Trustees commented on the strength of his proven educational and commercial leadership skills which have been critical to developing the school.
