Muhammad Farooq has worked in a variety of roles since 2012. Muhammad began their career as a Sales Representative at Zonik, before becoming a Sales in Charge at Almawarid Training & Development Institute in 2015. In 2016, they moved to ALMAWARID For Maintenance & Cleanliness (Khadamati) as a Marketing Specialist. From 2018 to 2020, they worked as a Sales Supervisor at Gulf Catering Company and as a Team Leader at Tamm Logistics. In 2020, they joined Binance as a Customer Service Agent, where they were responsible for handling back office tickets, providing 7*24H online enquiries and email replies services to customers, handling customer enquiries, advice and suggestions via email or online tools, and supporting other business units with customer liaison. Currently, they are employed as a Sales Team Leader at Dukkantek.
Muhammad Farooq attended Cairo University from 2002 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Accounting.
