Robert Yeager

Robert Yeager has extensive experience in various manufacturing and operations management roles. Robert started their career in 1996 at Weastec, Inc., where they served as a Manufacturing Manager, overseeing assembly lines, metal stamping, injection molding, machining, and encapsulation processes. Robert managed a team of over 300 associates and was responsible for sales of over $75 million.

After their role at Weastec, Inc., Yeager worked at Magna - Norplas Industries as the Molding Department Manager. Robert was responsible for the management of the molding department, including injection molding presses, secondary punching/welding machining, robotic cells, and injection molding tools. Robert managed a team of over 230 members and contributed to an annual revenue of $44 million.

Yeager later joined GKN Driveline as an Operations Manager/VSM, where they had management responsibility for the BGR Driveline facility. Their role included overseeing assembly cells, machining centers, and precision grinding operations. Robert managed over 200 team members, covering functions such as manufacturing, maintenance, tooling, process, logistics, and quality.

Robert also served as the Business Unit Manager/General Manager at Advance Engineering Company, managing facilities in Northwood and Oregon, Ohio. Yeager oversaw progressive stamping, projection welding, and MIG welding technologies and managed a team of over 100 members.

Yeager's work experience includes roles as a Plant Manager at Wilbert Plastic Services, where they managed injection molding presses, assembly, and warehousing. Robert also worked as a Plant Manager at CAROLINA PRECISION PLASTICS and was responsible for injection molding presses, blow molding, automated assembly, painting, decoration, and warehousing.

Most recently, Yeager joined Continental Structural Plastics, A Teijin Group Company, as a Multi Site Plant Manager. Robert managed facilities in Salisbury and Newton and oversaw the production of tier 1 SMC and DCPD parts and assemblies. Their responsibilities included staffing, strategic planning, P&L, and production management.

Yeager is currently the Vice President of Operations at Dulany Industries, Inc., where they oversee multiple subsidiaries in the chemical and industrial terminal sectors. The company has locations in Savannah, GA, Augusta, GA, Wilmington, NC, and Norfolk, VA.

Robert Yeager is currently in the process of obtaining their MBA from Bowling Green State University. Robert also holds a Bachelor's degree in Operations Management and Supervision from the University of Cincinnati Carl H. Lindner College of Business. In addition, they have obtained certifications in Lean Principles and Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt from Purdue University.
