Grigoriy Novikov

Grigoriy Novikov has been working in the technology industry since 2000. Grigoriy began their career as a Software Developer at FORS in 2000. In 2005, they moved to Overseas Media as a TV Production Engineer. In 2007, they joined Dulcian as a Technical Lead and held this role until 2015, when they moved to Dulcian Health in the same role.

Grigoriy Novikov obtained a Master's degree in Management Information Systems from the State University of Management (SUM) between 1998 and 2003. In 2021, they obtained the Project Management Foundations certification from LinkedIn. In 2017, they obtained the HIPAA Awareness for Business Associates certification from HIPAA EXAMS. Grigoriy also holds an Oracle PL/SQL Application Developer - Associate (OCA) certification.
