Faron Xavier has extensive experience in operations management and customer service, currently serving as Operations Manager at Dulsco since June 2014, where responsibilities include overseeing financial records and strategic goals. Previously, Faron held positions as Senior Executive Operations, focusing on strategic development, and as a Jr Manager at Citibank, leading a team in Banking Operations. Additionally, Faron worked as a Service Quality Manager at TCS e-Serve International Ltd., promoting service standards and training new recruits, and started the career at i2i media as an Executive. Faron's educational background includes a general management program at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and a BA in English Literature from Loyola College, Chennai.
