Stephen Stacey has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Stephen has held various roles in different companies, primarily in the aviation industry.
Stephen started their career in British Airways in 1996, where they worked as a Customer Service Duty Supervisor and later as a Duty Operations Manager. Stephen received an award for being one of the top 100 customer service representatives.
In 2005, Stacey joined the Transguard Group as an Airport Delivery Manager and later as a Crew Team Manager. Stephen then moved to the role of Duty Operations Manager in Inflight Services at British Airways, where they served as a liaison point between various departments.
In 2011, Stacey joined Emirates as a Cabin Crew Duty Manager and later as a Manager of Crew Operations. Stephen was responsible for managing a large number of pilots and cabin crew and played a key role in ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
In 2019, they joined G4S as a Project Director in Aviation Services, where they successfully won and implemented new contracts and led improvement projects.
Lastly, in 2023, Stacey joined Dulsco as the Head of Manpower Services, where they are currently managing the manpower services for the company.
Stephen Stacey attended Durrington High School from 1988 to 1992, where they obtained a GCSE degree in subjects such as Maths, English, Science, and Geography. Following this, they pursued further education at Chichester College from 1992 to 1993, completing a City & Guilds degree in Leisure & Recreation Parts 1 & 2. Stephen then continued their studies at Chichester College from 1993 to 1995, earning a BTEC National Diploma in Leisure Studies 1 & 2.
