Fiona Hein has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and positions. Fiona started their career as a Vice President of Global Operations at Quorum/Lanier from 1997 to 1999. From 2000 to 2002, they worked as a Senior Consultant to Fortune 500 Companies at Hein Consulting. Fiona then joined Meijer, where they held various roles including Procurement Systems Manager from 2002 to 2006, Senior Merchandise Buyer from 2006 to 2011, and Director of Demand Management and Financial Planning from 2011 to 2016. Fiona then moved to Sears Holdings Corporation, where they served as Divisional Merchandise Manager from 2016 to 2018 and later became the Senior Director of eCommerce and Digital Marketing until 2020. Currently, Fiona is working as the Head of Inventory Management and Merchandise Planning at Duluth Trading Company since 2020, and they recently took on the additional responsibility of Director of IT Governance and Technology Program Management in May 2022.
Fiona Hein holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and French from Calvin University. Fiona also pursued a Master's Program in Computer Information Systems at Grand Valley State University. Additionally, Fiona has certifications in Snowflake Hands on Essentials - Data Warehouse from Snowflake, Certified SAFe® 6 Lean Portfolio Manager from Scaled Agile, Inc., and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance.
