Leslie Hansen

Leslie Hansen is a seasoned professional in product development and sourcing, currently serving as the Senior Product Development and Sourcing Manager at Duluth Trading Company since November 2023. In this role, Leslie drives initiatives focused on speed-to-market, direct-to-factory manufacturing, and cost reduction while leading a successful team. Prior to this, Leslie held various positions at Fiskars Group from February 2022 to November 2023 as the Category Business Manager for Scissors and Creating Tools, and at Duluth Trading Company from 2010 to 2022 in multiple capacities including Senior Merchant for Women’s and Kids, and Senior Product Development Manager for Men's Apparel. Earlier experience includes a managerial role at UP Spatique, a women's contemporary boutique. Leslie holds a BA in Journalism and Mass Communication with a focus on Strategic Communications from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
