Darryn Smith

Darryn Smith is an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager at DuluxGroup since October 2021, leading a team of 12 and managing up to 900 hires annually across Australia and New Zealand. In addition to this role, Darryn serves as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner for Korn Ferry RPO. Previous experience includes positions such as Manager and Executive Recruiter at Blackbook Executive, where talent acquisition was focused on Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, and Operations. Darryn holds a Bachelor of Media Arts in Advertising from Wintec - Waikato Institute of Technology, earned between 2005 and 2008.
