Lindy Visagie

Lindy Visagie is an experienced leader in organizational development and cultural change, currently serving as the Head of People Culture and Change for Selleys Global and the GM for Organisational Development, Diversity and Strategic Change at DuluxGroup since 2016. With a career spanning over two decades, Lindy has held senior roles at Westpac Group, including Group GM for Organisational Development, Leadership and Talent, where a focus was placed on innovative learning strategies and collaboration. Additionally, Lindy managed the integration of the BT-Westpac merger. Prior to Westpac, Lindy was a Management Consultant at Accenture, specializing in strategy, change, and business transformation across various industries. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Systems (Hons) from Monash University and a Change Management Post-Grad qualification from AGSM at UNSW Business School.
