Michael Roe is an experienced executive with a strong background in sales, marketing, and brand management across multiple industries. Currently serving as General Manager for Selleys Retail at DuluxGroup since February 2019, Michael leads a team driving over $400 million in retail sales across various channels in Australia, New Zealand, and export markets. Prior roles include Sales Director at Johnson & Johnson, where Michael managed a team of 156, and Vice President at GlaxoSmithKline, developing the Lucozade brand globally. Michael holds an MBA from AGSM @ UNSW, a Bachelor of Science (Honors) in Psychology from The University of Western Australia, and completed a program in Transformational Leadership at The Wharton School.
