Stephanie Watt

Stephanie Watt is an accomplished HR professional currently serving as Chief People Officer at DuluxGroup since July 2018, with previous roles including Head of HR for various segments within the organization. Prior experience at DuluxGroup includes positions such as HR Business Manager and Organisational Development and Diversity Consultant. Stephanie also held a Non-Executive Director position at Women's Circus Limited from March 2016 to September 2020. Earlier in Stephanie's career, roles at Orica included HR Officer and Recruitment Coordinator. Stephanie holds a BCom/BA from the University of Melbourne and is pursuing a Master’s Degree in Strategic Organisational Development from the University of New England.
