Currently serving as the Strategic Business Development Director at Dulwich College International since November 2014, Francis manages a pipeline of business initiatives and leads feasibility studies for potential new school builds globally. Prior to this, Francis held the position of Corporate Development & Strategy Director at Albemarle, focusing on Asia Mergers & Acquisitions, and contributed to business development at Henry Schein, where Francis facilitated Asia expansion. Earlier roles include Market Analyst at INVISTA, Business Development Associate at Koch Industries, and Associate at Lehman Brothers. Francis holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Economics from Brown University.
