Kerri Balbone

Kerri Balbone is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in healthcare management. Currently serving as Chief Revenue Officer at Duly Health and Care since 2024, Kerri has held significant leadership roles including Chief Operating Officer at Health Net from 2020 to 2023 and at UnitedHealthcare Community Plan of California Inc from 2017 to 2020. Kerri’s background also includes serving as Public Safety Commissioner for the City of West Hollywood between 2019 and 2023, and various executive positions at UnitedHealthcare from 2005 to 2017, including National Vice President of Provider Experience and NPS. Kerri began a career in healthcare as Director of Business Technology Projects at Oxford Health Plans, with a series of progressively responsible roles from 1993 to 2005. Kerri holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Systems Management from the University of Connecticut and an MBA in Health Care Administration from Sacred Heart University.
