Nicolas Dronen

Nicolas Dronen currently serves as Vice President of Enterprise Strategy & Operations Finance at Duly Health and Care since January 2024. Prior to this role, Nicolas was a Senior Director at EY-Parthenon, leading engagements in the global strategy, operations, and M&A practice from April 2021 to January 2024. Nicolas also held the position of Director of Enterprise Strategy at SCA Health from September 2019 to April 2021, focusing on strategic initiatives and business partnerships. Earlier, Nicolas worked as a Senior Consultant at ECG Management Consultants, concentrating on strategy and operations transformation, and as a Consultant in M&A and financial services. Nicolas holds a Master’s Degree in Health Administration and a Bachelor of Science from Saint Louis University.
