Federico Guglielmone

Federico Guglielmone is an accomplished automotive professional with extensive experience in product compliance, technical regulations, and sustainability. Currently serving as the Head of Product Compliance Public Policy and Chief Sustainability Officer at Dumarey Automotive Italia since May 2021, Federico leads teams focused on emissions, vehicle safety, electrical safety, and cybersecurity regulations. Prior to this role, Federico held senior management positions at PUNCH Torino s.p.a. and General Motors, where responsibilities included regulatory representation and oversight of vehicle safety and emissions. Federico's earlier career included significant roles with Fiat and General Motors Powertrain, where expertise was developed in diesel engine design and calibration. Federico earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Politecnico di Torino and a Maturità Scientifica diploma from Liceo Scientifico.
