Dana Valley

Dana Valley currently serves as the Head of Human Resources for the Americas Region at Dümmen Orange since September 2023. Previously, Dana held positions including Senior Organization Development Consultant at American Electric Power and Senior Talent Management Consultant at Battelle. Dana's extensive experience also includes roles such as Manager of Talent Management at Ascena Retail Group, Manager of Organization Development at Justice, and Program Manager for Leadership Development at Cardinal Health. Dana's career in human resources began at Exel, Inc. as Human Resources Manager and included significant roles at Sheraton Suites Columbus, KEMBA Columbus Credit Union, and Rural/Metro Corporation. Dana holds a Master of Human Resources Development from Clemson University and a Bachelor's degree in General Business/Human Resources.
