Joann Fritchman

Joann Fritchman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and project management at Dun & Bradstreet, serving as Director of the Customer Enrichment Team since February 2018 and leading the team prior to that from 2012 to 2017. Joann has demonstrated leadership skills in various roles, including Sales Leader and Project Manager within the company. Prior to joining Dun & Bradstreet, Joann held multiple managerial positions in BPO Chargeback Outsourcing and other BPO functions from 1995 until early 2011.
