Mark Buchan

Mark Buchan is an experienced management accountant with a diverse background in various industries, including retail and oilfield chemicals. Currently working at Duncan and Todd Group since November 2022, Mark performs management accounting tasks, including month-end closing and balance sheet reconciliation. Mark's prior experience includes a part-time role at Aubin Group, where significant contributions were made to management reporting improvements and the implementation of SAP Business One. Mark also held full-time and contract positions at VERIPOS and Aubin Group, respectively, providing comprehensive management accounting across multiple international branches. Earlier in Mark's career, a long tenure at Schlumberger involved roles in materials management and financial analysis, establishing a strong foundation in inventory and demand planning. Mark holds a Master of Arts in Accounting from the University of Aberdeen.
