Phil Suglia

As Vice President of Modifications and Completions for Duncan Aviation’s Provo, Utah, facility, Phil Suglia is responsible for the Interior, Avionics Installations, and Avionics Line teams at the Provo facility.

Phil began his aviation career in 2000 as a Line Services Representative for Duncan Aviation’s Battle Creek, Michigan, facility while completing his Bachelors of Business Administration-Advertising at Western Michigan University in 2003. Before moving to Sales in 2009, he was the FBO Line Services Manager in Battle Creek and Kalamazoo, Michigan, for three years. Most recently, he was responsible for Duncan Aviation’s Regional Managers located throughout the world.

Promoting teamwork and building relationships inside and outside of the organization is what Phil enjoys the most. Encouraging team members to pursue innovative ideas through creative thinking is his primary focus and he works hard to build a culture of quality and trust among team members and clients.
