Peter Fernando

Peter Fernando is a legal professional with extensive experience in technology law and contract negotiation. Currently a Partner at Duncan Cotterill since March 2020, previous roles include Senior Associate at MinterEllisonRuddWatts and Kensington Swan, where key achievements involved managing ICT outsourcing contracts and addressing contractual disputes. Peter serves on the Board of Family Drug Support Aotearoa New Zealand since June 2021 and has experience as a Senior Solicitor on secondment at the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment, focusing on IT projects.
