Carolyn Duncan is an experienced attorney with a dedicated focus on family law, estate planning, bankruptcy law, and debt negotiation. Since 2004, Carolyn has been the lead attorney at Duncan Legal PC, emphasizing strategic planning and in-depth legal knowledge to guide clients through complex and emotional decisions. Prior to this, Carolyn expanded legal expertise at Carolyn Moller Duncan PC and Carolyn E. Moller PC, evolving practices to meet client needs. Carolyn's earlier career includes serving as an Associate at Griffiths Law PC, where collaborative law techniques were pioneered, and held the position of Chief of Legal Assistance at the Office of The Judge Advocate General, supporting military families in navigating significant legal challenges. Carolyn holds a Juris Doctor from Samford University's Cumberland School of Law and a Bachelor of Science from Florida State University.
