Calvin Rikard is a Forensic Solutions Specialist at Duncan-Parnell Inc. since February 2020, where responsibilities include providing technical support and training in forensic mapping hardware and software. With over twenty years of experience as a retired law enforcement officer from the South Carolina Highway Patrol, Calvin has also served as an Instructor at the South Carolina National Safety Council since March 2011, delivering training in Alive at 25, Defensive Driving, and Driver's Education. Previously, as a Retired State Trooper in the Multi-disciplinary Accident Investigation Team (MAIT) from January 1999 to February 2020, Calvin specialized in determining causes and contributing factors of traffic collisions using scientific investigation techniques and was responsible for supervising investigations and evidence collection. Calvin holds an Associate's degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Midlands Technical College and a High School Diploma from Saluda High School.
