Bhaveeta Mody

Bhaveeta Mody is a Shareholder and Attorney at Duncan, Weinberg, Genzer & Pembroke, P.C., a position held since November 2004. Prior to this role, Bhaveeta Mody served at the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General within the Division of Law from September 2001 to August 2004 and worked at the New Jersey Superior Court in Somerset County from August 2000 to August 2001. Bhaveeta Mody obtained a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from Syracuse University College of Law, where studies were completed from 1997 to 1999, and holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Administration of Justice from Rutgers University, earned from 1993 to 1997.
