Thomas M. Wood

Thomas M. Wood is the current director at Duncaster. Thomas has over 25 years of experience in the financial industry.

Wood began their career in 1975 as the cost accounting manager at Bank of the Southwest. Thomas then held positions of increasing responsibility at Southwest Bancshares, Inc., InterFirst Corporation, and MECH Financial, Inc./Mechanics Savings Bank. Most recently, they served as executive vice president/chief financial officer/treasurer at MECH Financial, Inc./Mechanics Savings Bank from 1986 to 2000.

Wood has a proven track record in financial management and reporting. Thomas is a highly skilled accountant and treasurer, and has extensive experience in corporate finance and banking.

Thomas M. Wood's educational career began at Pleasanton High School. Thomas then went on to study finance and financial management services at St. Mary's University, where they earned a bachelor's degree. After working for a few years, they decided to pursue an MBA in finance and financial management services at St. Mary's University. Upon graduating, they became a certified endowment manager through the Endowment Institute at the Yale School of Management.
