Elaine Zwirlein

Elaine Zwirlein has extensive experience in public service, currently serving as the Executive Director of Neighbourhood Services at Dundee City Council since July 1998. Prior to this role, Elaine held the position of Director of Housing, demonstrating a long-standing commitment to community development and management. As of March 2024, Elaine is recognized as retired from EZ at Home, marking a transition from a dedicated career in public service.
