Graeme Riley

Graeme Riley is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in information technology and compliance services. Currently serving as Chief Information Officer at Dunedin City Council since April 2020, Graeme has previously held senior IT roles including Head of IT at Allianz and Zurich Insurance Company Ltd, where responsibilities spanned international operations and shared services. Earlier in the career, Graeme was instrumental in establishing compliance solutions as Director at Intersys Compliance and served as Chief Information Officer at New China Life. Educationally, Graeme holds a BSc in Mathematics and Computing from the Open University, complemented by foundational studies at Killicomaine Junior High School and Portadown College.
