Sandy Graham

Sandy Graham is an experienced executive leader currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Dunedin City Council since July 2007, with a recent appointment as Acting Chief Executive following the departure of Dr. Sue Bidrose. Previously, Sandy held several key roles within the council, including General Manager of City Services and General Manager of Strategy and Governance, overseeing diverse portfolios such as parks and recreation, community development, and civic governance. Earlier career experience includes positions at the University of Otago, including Group Manager of Corporate Services and Web Development Librarian. Sandy holds a Master of Library & Information Science from Victoria University of Wellington and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Otago.
