Warren Allen

Warren Allen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in governance and risk management across various organizations. Currently serving as a Member of the Board of Trustees at Nikau Foundation and Chair of the Audit & Risk Committee at Dunedin City Council, Warren also holds prominent roles in the International Federation of Accountants (IFAC), including Past President and Board Member. In addition, Warren serves as Chair of the Audit Advisory Board at PwC New Zealand, and leads the Audit and Risk Committees for both the New Zealand Ministry of Foreign Affairs & Trade and the Office of the Auditor-General, New Zealand. Other notable positions include Chair of the Audit & Risk Committee for Porirua City Council and Hon. Treasurer at The Wellington Club. Prior engagement includes serving as Chief Executive at the External Reporting Board from 2015 to 2019. Warren's foundational education was completed at New Plymouth Boys High School.
