Amy Sowter has over a decade of experience in business partnership and change management, currently serving as a Business Partner & Change Manager at Dunelm since September 2013. In this role, Amy is focused on integrating customer feedback into business decisions and managing the implementation of change initiatives within the Customer Care Centre. Previous positions include Continuous Improvement Manager, Customer Service Business Partner, and Operations Business Partner at Dunelm, as well as a variety of roles at The Restaurant Group plc. Amy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management and Human Resource Management from Keele University and has international experience studying at Griffith University.
