Ross Feakes has a diverse work experience in the field of customer analytics and insight management. Ross started their career as a Research Analyst at the Pension Protection Fund in 2007. Ross then worked as a Senior Consultant at Data2Decisions (formerly ævolve), Aegis Media UK from 2009 to 2012. In 2013, they joined Aimia Inc as a Senior Analyst and later took on roles as Lead Analyst, Insight Manager, and Insight Director until 2018. From 2018 to 2019, they worked as an Insight Director at Nectar Loyalty. Ross then joined John Lewis Partnership as a Senior Insight Manager in 2019 and later became the Customer Analytics Lead until 2021. Currently, they are working at Dunelm as the Head of Customer Analytics and previously held the position of Head of Personalisation Strategy since 2023.

Ross Feakes attended Bexhill College from 2003 to 2005, where they pursued Mathematics, Economics, and Modern History and attained A, A, B grades. Ross then pursued a degree in Economics at the University of Bath from 2005 to 2009, earning a 2.1 BSc (Hons) in Economics.
