Albert Fulton is a seasoned real estate professional with experience as a Real Estate Agent at Keller Williams Realty, Inc. since December 2021 and at dunes properties of Charleston since July 2020. Previously, Albert served as an Assistant and Real Estate Agent at Matt O'Neill Real Estate from May 2019 to July 2020. Albert's background in hospitality includes roles such as Restaurant Supervisor at Kiawah Island Golf Resort and Bartender and Hourly Manager at Longhorn Steakhouse, along with experience as a Banquet Bartender at Charleston Harbor Resort & Marina. Albert holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from the University of South Carolina, where studies were completed from 2011 to 2015, and a degree in Hotel Restaurant Management from the same institution between 2012 and 2015.

We began with a single office and three employees in 1989. Our Folly Beach location covers not only the beach but all areas West of the Peninsula including James Island and West Ashley. The Real Estate Studio, our flagship office, in the heart of downtown Charleston‘s historic shopping district, serves all areas of the Charleston Coast.
