Kristin Badger Walker is an accomplished Realtor with over 15 years of experience, currently serving at The Real Estate Studio of Dunes Properties since October 2008, specializing in the Charleston Peninsula and bike/walk-friendly neighborhoods in the Charleston Metro area. Prior professional roles include a Consultant at Knowledge Capital Group, where Kristin supported local non-profits, and a Trip Leader for Backroads, leading tours in Italy. Kristin also worked as a Portfolio Manager at SC Launch! - SCRA, identifying and assisting start-up companies in securing funding. Earlier experience includes managing a statewide entrepreneurial training program at the Charleston Metro Chamber of Commerce and strategic marketing roles at MCI. Kristin holds a Master of International Business Studies from the University of South Carolina and a Bachelor of Arts in International Communication from the College of Charleston.
