Lane Atkins

Lane Atkins is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in both real estate and marketing. Currently serving as a Realtor at Dunes Properties of Charleston since June 2019, Lane previously held realtor positions at Coldwell Banker and SiME Realty. As a member of the Belinda Sime team, Lane gained valuable insights into representing buyers and sellers, property marketing, contract negotiation, and closing sales. Before entering real estate, Lane co-founded Atkins López Martí in 2011 and served as CEO, fostering a strong partnership that dates back to their tenure at BBDO Miami, where Lane was Senior Vice President and Creative Director for over two decades. Lane's marketing expertise was further established as President of Purple Marketing, Inc., focusing on brand characterization and communication strategies. Lane holds a Bachelor of Product Design and a Bachelor of Science in Product Design from North Carolina State University.
