Lucas Beni

Lucas Beni is a professional with a diverse background in commercial real estate and business management. Currently serving as an Associate at Dunes Properties of Charleston since May 2021, Lucas also owns and operates Capri Investments LLC, a real estate holdings company established in May 2023. Previously, Lucas founded and served as Owner & COO of B&W Grill Cleaners from May 2016 to June 2022, where operational strategies were developed to maximize profits. Experience includes internships at Nantucket Oyster Company and Lee Real Estate, where Lucas gained insights into revenue growth and property management. Additionally, involvement with Sigma Chi Fraternity as Assistant Philanthropy Chair fostered community relations, and early work experience at Gazebo Horticultural provided foundational skills in design and communication. Lucas holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biology with a minor in Business Administration from Clemson University.
