Stephanie Davis is an experienced realtor with a career spanning over two decades, currently serving at dunes properties of Charleston since November 2019. Prior to this role, Stephanie worked at Fred Holland Realty from March 2007 to November 2019 and at Prudential Carolina Real Estate between 2003 and 2007. With expertise as an Accredited Buyers Representative, property management, and residential sales consulting, Stephanie has significant experience in investment specialization, short sales, and foreclosures. Educational credentials include an Associate's degree in Accounting from Trident Technical College and attendance at the College of Charleston, complemented by foundational education at Summerville High School.

We began with a single office and three employees in 1989. Today, we represent the Lowcountry with almost 80 exclusive beach vacation rental properties, over 70 real estate agents and employees, five full-service offices and many plans for the future.
