Nona Khutsishvili

Nona Khutsishvili has extensive experience in human resources. Nona started their career as an HR Administration Specialist at ProCredit Bank Georgia in 2007, where they worked until 2012. Nona then joined Wissol Petroleum Georgia as the Head of Labour and Legal Relations Unit from 2012 to 2015. Following this, they worked at Smart Retail JSC as the Compensations and Benefits Manager from 2015 to 2017. Nona then held the position of Head of HR at Wendy's Georgia, Dunkin' Georgia, and SUBWAY Georgia, starting from 2015 and continuing to the present for all three companies.

Nona Khutsishvili holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from BTU - Business and Technology University. Prior to that, they studied Applied Mathematics at Tbilisi State University.
