This fact was based on a survey undertaken by PARC (Pan Arab Research Center) for two consecutive years. Moreover, Dunkin’ Donuts did not only prove to attract customers by providing the best quality in their food and service, but also registered the highest loyalty out of all coffee shops. Dunkin’ Donuts Lebanon won the first rank in its customers’ minds, and proved to be the top destination for donuts and coffee shops as well as sandwich bar lovers!
