Anna Kinney

Anna Kinney is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in patent law and engineering. Currently serving as the Vice President of the League of Women Voters of Loudoun County since June 2021, Anna has also held the position of President for the organization from May 2019 to June 2021. As a Patent Agent at Dunlap Bennett & Ludwig since January 2020 and previously at Ferrells, PLLC, from March 2008 to June 2020, Anna specializes in preparing and prosecuting patent applications across diverse technical fields. Earlier experience includes serving as a Patent Examiner at the USPTO, where responsibilities involved examining applications related to paper making and glass manufacturing, and working as a Chemical Engineer at the USEPA, focusing on wastewater discharge regulations. Anna holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and Virginia Tech.
