Erick Poorbaugh

Erick Poorbaugh is a legal professional with extensive experience in various judicial roles. Currently serving as a Senior Associate at Dunlap Bennett & Ludwig since August 2018, Poorbaugh has also held positions such as Associate and Of Counsel at Helzer Law. Previous experience includes serving as a Term Staff Attorney for the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit and a Term Law Clerk for the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. Additional externships at the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia and the Supreme Court of Mississippi provided valuable law clerk experience. Educational credentials include a Juris Doctor and a Master’s Degree in Political Science and Government from Regent University, as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from George Mason University.
