Ernie Ware

Ernie Ware is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering, management, and consulting, currently serving as Production Manager at Dunlop Manufacturing, Inc. since January 2015. Prior to this role, Ernie held positions as a Consulting Engineer at Engineering Design and Testing Corporation and as Owner of their own construction and consulting business. Additional experience includes consulting in corporate identity and packaging design while self-employed, and various roles in marketing and project management at Marinco and Schlage, respectively. Ernie started the career in manufacturing as a Factory Worker at Dunlop Manufacturing and gained engineering expertise at Dole Food Company as a Project Engineer. Ernie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
